The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data. As far as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis, as far as possible.

The following data protection declaration gives you an overview of how we guarantee the protection of your personal data, what kind of data is collected for what purpose and how you can exercise your rights to protect your data.

These data are not to be assigned to any particular person. A consolidation of this data with other data sources is not carried out and the data is deleted after 24 hours.

External links:

Our website contains links (=redirects) to other Internet offers. External links, i.e. links to websites of third party information providers, are characterized by the fact that when you approach the link with the mouse, the corresponding target URL is displayed in your browser address bar. We are not responsible for the content of pages that are reached via such a link. The data processing there is carried out in accordance with the data protection declarations of the respective providers. The expressions of opinion and / or factual statements reproduced on the linked pages are the sole responsibility of the respective providers and do not reflect the opinion of the person responsible.

Rights concerned (information, blocking, deletion)

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions (Art. 15 EU-DSGVO in conjunction with §34 BDSG), you have the right to receive information free of charge at any time about your personal data stored by us, its origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction (Art. 16 EU-DSGVO), blocking (Art. 18 EU-DSGVO) or deletion (Art. 17 EU-DSGVO in conjunction with §35 BDSG) of this data. In accordance with Art. 21 EU-DSGVO, you can object to the use of your data for advertising and market research purposes at any time. If the processing of your data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit f EU-DSGVO to protect our legitimate interests, you can object to this processing, provided that there are no compelling reasons worthy of protection.

Right to data transferability (Art. 20 DSGVO)

According to Art. 20 EU-DSGVO you have the right to have your data, which we process automatically, handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another responsible party, this will only take place to the extent that it is technically feasible.

Right of complaint (Art. 77 DSGVO)

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 EU-DSGVO if you believe that your personal data are not being processed lawfully.

The use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation by third parties for sending advertising and information material not expressly requested is hereby expressly prohibited. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example through spam mails.

Encryption:

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential contents (e.g. your entries in the contact form) we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (SSL or TLS). We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Use of Google Maps

An interactive map from Google Maps is integrated into our contact page via an API, which should enable you to plan your journey to our premises conveniently. To display this map, your browser will establish a connection to Google Maps and possibly other Google services. In doing so, your IP address and possibly other information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have no influence on this data transmission. You can find more information on the handling of user data in the Google privacy policy. The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers and an easy findability of our premises. This represents a legitimate interest in the sense of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Use of Facebook

Our pages integrate plugins from the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. You can recognize the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the “Like-Button” (“Like”) on our page. You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins here. When you visit our pages, the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook thereby receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook “Like-Button” while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our pages on your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate your visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the Pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. You can find further information on this in the Facebook privacy policy. If you do not want Facebook to be able to assign your visit to our Pages to your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.
